Sher succeeded in real estate through natural disaster and a global financial disaster. Sher thought that nothing could top the Northridge Earthquake real estate challenge, but the 2008 Financial Meltdown effected the World Financial Market in a way that no one could have ever imagined. The stock market crashed, millions of people lost their homes to foreclosure, countries went bankrupt and hundreds of financial institutions were ordered to close their doors forever. But when everyone was panicking, Sher went into action and proved once again that with solid training skills you can take advantage and be a leader.
